The Tale of Benjamin Bunny: a Coloring Book.Very well done: with the complete text by Potter at the bottom of the pages of drawings-to-be-filled; and inside the rear cover, small color reproductions of Potter's original paintings. A lovely gift for a young child.

Very AdventurousLike many other books, I grew up with this one. This is a book that you can read over and over again and it will never get old. The characters are also good. Within the story, there is a little adventure. It also has a little bit of a conflict. It is an exciting book to read. I think kids everywhere would like this kind of book. The illustrations are also really good. That makes it even more interesting. I thought that this book was a great book. I would recommend to any kids that want an adventurous, but yet interesting book.

Their sales are enormous but there is never any money in the till. They restrain their natural desire to eat their rodent customers and sustain themselves by consuming inventory. Finally, they are forced to close the store when they cannot pay the annual tax bill. The store is later reopened by an enterprising chicken who gets a little flustered counting change, but nevertheless brings the story to a happy ending.

The Tale of Jemima Puddle-Duck: Full-Color Storybook (Dover Little Activity Books)
Published in Paperback by Dover Pubns (December, 1995)
Average review score:

My daughter LOVES ducks! This is yet another endearing Beatrix Potter story. The pictures have the soft, cuddly appeal for which Mrs. Potter is known. The main character (a duck, of course) is lovingly naive and learns a valuable lesson about whom we can trust. And as always, the story ends with one of Beatrix Potters morals. Add to that the fact that my daughter thinks ducks are the greatest thing on earth and we had a very successful little read at my house.

Tale of Mrs Tiggy Winkle
Published in Paperback by Super Management (September, 1991)
Average review score:

The Tale of Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle"The Tale of Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle" is another perfectly splendid story by Beatrix Potter. This time the author introduces a human character to the world of animals. A little girl, Lucie, has a bad habit of losing her pocket-handkerchiefs. On this particular day she has lost three, as well as a pinny. She goes searching for them in the hills where she finds a door going straight into the hill. When she opens it she discovers a clean kitchen and a peculiar little person. Her name is Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle and she is a washer-woman. Lucie's missing hankies and pinny are being washed and ironed by her. I love the way Mrs. Tiggy-Winkle's little black nose goes sniffle, sniffle, snuffle, and her eyes go twinkle, twinkle. Also, the way she always answers questions with "if you please'm". The illustrations are nice and children will enjoy Ms. Potter's beautiful narrative and finding out Mrs Tiggy-Winkle's true identity.

The Tale of the Pie and the Patty Pan
Published in Hardcover by Frederick Warne & Co (November, 1987)
Average review score:

The Pie and the Patty PanI absoulutly love this story! When I was really little, Beatrix Potter was one of my favorite authors, and still is. Her stories are so sweet fo little children, especially this one. This is one of my personal favorites, and I believe that you will agree when you're done with this childhood classic. Her illustrations are so cute and well done and colorful! Her whole series of books about animals are all tied together. They all know each other and are all friends. This is a great story for children, especially ones with appreciation of animals.

The Tales of Peter Rabbit & Benjamin Bunny (We Both Read Series)
Published in Paperback by Treasure Bay, Inc. (September, 2001)
Average review score:

Great book for the beginning reader!I recently read this book with my 4 year old daughter, who is just beginning to read books. The "taking turns" format is wonderful. The story is more interesting that most beginning reader books, yet the child's part is written with simple words that she can read herself. We will definitely read other books in this series.

The Theory & Practice of Gamesmanship
Published in Hardcover by Buccaneer Books (September, 2001)
Average review score:

The Funniest "How to Book " around...Potter has performed an invaluable service for those of us
who must rely on cunning and guile whenever faced with more
talented competitors. By taking advantage of the good
nature and naivete of an opponent, the skillful "gamesman"
often triumphs (or at least saves face) despite a
relatively poor performance on the field of play.
I laughed so much it hurt.
